Durability

Water Tightness Test: Clause 6.22 of PAS23-1999 Results: No leakage at 200 PA Air Pressure or below.

Flap Durability Tests: In accordance with Certificate TS32 to performance in durability and corrosion.

Flap Opening Test: 15,000 exceeded. Resisted forces of between 80-100 Newtons after cycling.

Durability Test: Exposed to neutral salt spray BSEN1670. No corrosion of flap which worked with limits of force specified in test.

Special Customer Requirements

Signature Letterplates are available in the standard versions shown in this brochure. However, products can be modified at the assembly stage to provide the following options:

• Fixings can be pre-glued in situ to aid assembly on automated production lines.
• Fire rated versions of Signature letterplates are available - details on request.
• Post Port letterplates can be supplied in any frame colour - Black, White, Silver, Gold or Chrome in combination with any flap finish on special orders.
